The provided service was efficient too. I liked available climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave. There was a handy kitchenette. It was incredible and favourable to Twin towers. Staff was helpful and amicable.

As young holiday goers, we loved the excellent cleanliness and comfort of the rooms at Vortex Suites. The spaciousness and fantastic views added to our overall experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to KLCC and shopping malls. The presence of a washing machine and dryer was a convenient facility. The staff, particularly Isyah during check-in and Mohamed at check-out, were friendly and provided us with helpful information and even offered a storage option for our luggage. we highly recommend this place for both business travelers and tourists.

We had a fantastic stay at Vortex Suites. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from KLCC and all the shopping mall. The grocery store was right nearby, making it very convenient for us. The check-in process was smooth, and Isyah was there on time. At check-out, Mohamed provided us with all the information we needed to explore the city and even offered a storage option for our late flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from our room was lovely. a 10/10 experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel right in the heart of the city area and had a wonderful experience. Vortex Suites Klcc provided a clean and comfortable room with a great city view. The location was ideal, within walking distance of KLCC and all the shopping malls. The staff, Isyah and Mohamed, were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for our visit. They even offered us a storage option for our bags as we had a late flight. I would definitely book this place again for its lovely view and convenient amenities.
